- What do I do if I never received my order confirmation email?

It’s possible that there was a typo in your email address, but we're happy to look into your order and then get back to you. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with your full name and email address so we can resend your confirmation email.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make it as simply and easy as possible for you to pay for your jewelry piece(s). Therefore, we accept a variety of payment methods. You can pay by:

• Credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Dinner)

• PayPal (PayPal Flow Gateway)

When paying, please kindly update billing and shipping address. Often times the shipping address will automatically match the billing address associated with your payment.

- How do I update or cancel my order?

If you wish to update or cancel an order before it has shipped, please reach out to our Customer Service Team with your order number and any other relevant information. If your order has already shipped, you may also send it back to our studio for adjustments.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes and updates for your piece, but once an order is in production we can’t always guarantee that these changes are possible. However, contact our Customer Service Team if you'd like to pursue any changes to your order.

- How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our Customer Service Team with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. If your piece is still in production, we’ll get it updated straight away.

However, once the item has shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service and we are unable to make changes, but you can contact the USPS about rerouting your package if it has not been delivered.

If it’s too late and your package was delivered to the wrong address, don’t sweat it! Let our Customer Service Team know and we’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.

- Where is my order?

* I have yet to receive a confirmation email

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received an email from us within an hour of purchase, it’s possible that there’s a typo in your email address. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with your full name, date of purchase and what you ordered to check the order status.

* My order hasn't shipped yet

If you haven't received a shipping notification, it is likely that your order is still in production. Handmade takes time and each piece is made to order, so we do have significant production time. Once you see the result we think you’ll agree that it’s worth the wait!

* My order shipped, but I haven't received it

If you’ve received your shipping confirmation and your package is still moving according to your tracking number, please be patient as sometimes the mail can be unpredictable! Let us know if you haven't received a package after it's marked delivered or you experience an unusual delay.
